Placer Training privacy notice
Updated 16 September 2026. This notice covers the Placer Training app at app.placersales.online, also branded Placer Pro.
What we save and why
When you sign in with Google, Google shares your account identifier, name, email address and profile picture information with our login service. We use this to create and recognise your account. We don’t receive your Google password or ask for access to your Gmail, contacts or Drive files.
We save your learner profile, training answers and attempts, completed lessons, XP, level, tokens, streaks, skill results and achievements so you can pick up where you left off on another device. Please don’t put real prospects’ private details or sensitive information into practice answers.
Services that help run the app
Google handles Google sign-in. Supabase handles authentication and stores account and training data. Vercel hosts the app and processes requests. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security or error logs to operate their services. Processing may take place outside your country.
The training app doesn’t send your practice answers to a generative AI service. Written feedback comes from the curriculum. Narration uses your browser or device’s speech feature. Some device voices use the browser vendor’s online service; that is controlled by your device and browser settings. The app doesn’t record your microphone or store generated audio.
Cookies and access
We use sign-in cookies to keep you logged in. The current app does not include advertising or marketing trackers. Your saved progress is associated with your account and is not a public profile. Authorised operators may access data to run the service, investigate problems and handle support requests.
Your account and data
We keep saved training data so your progress remains available. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of your account and training data by emailing the contact below. We may need to confirm that you own the account. Provider backup and security-log copies may remain until their normal retention periods expire. Removing Google access alone does not delete saved training data.
